1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Funding Monitor (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What the Service does
Funding Monitor monitors publicly available funding-opportunity sources, uses AI to extract structured details from them, and scores how well each opportunity matches organization profiles you or your team provide. It is offered as part of [ECECT]'s membership services. See the Disclaimer for what the Service does and doesn't guarantee — it's incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Information you give us (your name, your organization's profile, uploaded documents) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge — the Service's matching quality depends directly on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another organization's data without authorization; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service beyond normal use; or upload content you don't have the right to share (including documents containing another party's confidential information without permission).
5. AI-assisted content
Extracted call details and Matching% scores are generated by AI models and may contain errors — see the Disclaimer in full. You're solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service's software, design, and branding belong to [ECECT] (or its licensors). You keep ownership of the organization-profile content and documents you upload; by uploading them you give us the right to process them solely to provide the Service to you. Underlying funding-call information is sourced from public third-party websites — we don't claim ownership of it.
7. Membership & fees
Access to Funding Monitor is provided as part of ECECT membership. Any fees, tiers, or billing terms are governed by your membership agreement with ECECT, not by this page. [Placeholder — expand once the commercial/billing model is finalized.]
8. Termination

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
