Match overrides
Every human correction to a system-computed match score, across all organizations. If several overrides here share the same kind of mistake (e.g. an eligibility phrase the matching engine doesn't recognize), that's a sign the underlying rule/prompt should be fixed rather than overridden one call at a time.
1 of these override correct a
rule-filter (hard eligibility check) result, not an AI judgment — those are
bugs in
matching/engine.py's eligibility logic, not something the AI can learn
from. Worth reviewing for a pattern (e.g. a country/org-type phrase the synonym lists don't
cover yet).
