The call supports the implementation of the Restore our Ocean and Waters Mission. Grants will be awarded to applications that attain all thresholds, with at least one proposal being selected from each sea basin (Atlantic and Arctic, Mediterranean, Baltic and North Sea, Danube River including Black Sea). Projects must collect in-situ data and marine observations, which must be made openly available through the European Marine Observation and Data network.
